• Confirm and process your tour reservation

3. Confirmation of Reservation

Upon submission of a request for a Rajasthan tour package, we will email you a confirmation based on your requested services. Once all reservations for accommodations and other services are complete, we will issue an official confirmation of your package. This confirmation will include:

• Hotel names and locations
• Travel dates
• Complete itinerary and inclusions

To confirm your tour, an advance payment of 30% is required. The remaining 70% can be paid upon arrival. This process ensures transparency and clarity throughout the booking process.

4. Payment Policy

To secure your booking, we require an advance payment as follows:

• 30% advance to confirm the booking
• 70% balance payable upon arrival on the first day of the tour

The advance payment amount may vary depending on the nature of the services and the time remaining until your tour begins. In certain cases, such as train journeys or hotel bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full advance payment may be required, as detailed in your tour proposal. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other mutually agreed methods.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your tour or travel services, please inform us in writing (email or letter). The following charges will apply based on the number of days before the start date:

• 75 to 60 days before start: No charges
• 60 to 45 days before start: 30% of package cost
• 45 to 35 days before start: 50% of package cost
• Within 35 days of start date: 100% of package cost

6. Cancellation Refunds

• Refunds for special train journeys, flights, or peak season bookings will follow the policies of the respective service providers.
• Refunds for tours canceled after commencement will be limited to recoverable amounts from hotels and other suppliers.
• Services that are booked but not utilized (hotel nights, transport, sightseeing) cannot be refunded.
• Refunds will be made to the original payer within 2–4 weeks (excluding bank holidays), subject to bank processing timelines. Any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Data Protection and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Access to your data is restricted to employees and service providers directly involved in delivering your travel services.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport providers) are arranged through trusted third-party suppliers. Your information will be shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill these bookings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated date.
