1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment as stated in our Payment Policy.
• Guests must provide accurate personal details, travel dates, and preferences at the time of booking.

2. Night Driving

For the safety of our guests and staff, night driving is not permitted. Travel will be scheduled during daylight hours unless otherwise required for specific itineraries.

3. Seasonal Pricing

Tour prices may vary depending on the season, availability, and market conditions. We will confirm the applicable rate at the time of booking.

4. Custom Rates

Rate charts provided on the website or in proposals are indicative. Final pricing will be based on your specific requirements, including itinerary changes, accommodation preferences, and the number of travellers.

5. Arrival & Departure Times

Guests are advised to ensure their arrival and departure are scheduled before 8:00 PM. Arrivals or departures outside this time may affect the planned itinerary.

6. Guest Valuables

• Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables (cash, jewellery, documents, electronics, etc.).
• Welcome Rajasthan Tours will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

7. Extra Activities & Additional Costs

Any activity, service, or expense not explicitly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary will incur additional charges. This may include, but is not limited to, parking fees, additional kilometres beyond the agreed travel plan, and optional excursions.

8. Entry Fees

All entry fees to monuments, national parks, museums, and other attractions are to be paid directly by the guests unless specified otherwise in the itinerary.

9. Parking & Toll Taxes

Parking fees and toll taxes are included only if explicitly mentioned in your package. Otherwise, they will be payable directly by the guest during travel.

10. Transportation Services

• We arrange transportation through trusted partners but do not operate buses, trains, or flights directly.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service changes made by third-party transport providers.

11. Hotel Services

We do not own or manage hotels. We recommend and arrange accommodation options based on quality and past guest feedback to enhance your journey. The responsibility for hotel services rests with the respective hotel management.

12. Liability

• Welcome Rajasthan Tours is not responsible for injury, illness, loss of property, or damage arising during the tour.
• We are not liable for any accidents, delays, or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
• In the unfortunate event of serious incidents, including death, the company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Refunds & Complaints

• Refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• No refunds will be given for complaints related to meals, room services, or other hotel arrangements, as these are managed by third-party providers.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

15. Amendments to Itinerary

Once a tour has commenced, any changes requested by the guest will be subject to availability and additional costs. The company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances for the safety and comfort of guests.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.
